We take your privacy seriously and will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone, unless required to do so by law.
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You are, however, welcome to visit our site anonymously.
We may from time to time contact subscribers by email to send you order updates, receipts, offers or news, but we will not share your email with anyone without your permission.
All financial transactions made through our site are transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We regret that we cannot refund your subscription purchase for any reason except our failure to provide the purchased materials.
We recommend that you try the free sample products displayed on our home page so that you will know exactly what you will be getting before purchasing a subscription.
When termination is requested by a Subscriber, there is no refund for any unused portion of the current subscription. Subscriber may not assign or transfer his or her subscription to any other person or entity.

Access
Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Service. Access to and use of the Paid Subscription Service is through a combination of an ID and a password. Each Subscriber must keep his password strictly confidential. CRS will not release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Paid Subscription Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.
Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance
If you are not at least 13 years of age or older, we ask that you do not use our web site, nor register nor make any financial transactions.
Warranty
The ACIM Classroom is provided as-is and without warranty of any kind. CRS hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services; any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Subscriber hereby warrants and represents that he or she is in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this agreement.
Use Restrictions
The material on the ACIM Classroom site is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is strictly prohibited. Users and Subscribers agree that they will not copy, publish, or in any way make available publicly any Premium Content from the ACIM Classroom site, without express written permission from CRS. Subscribers agree that, should they do so, CRS reserves the right to cancel their subscription immediately without refund. Additionally, reuse of copyrighted information (pictures, interviews, features, videos, audio, etc.) will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
To prevent access by multiple users sharing one account, CRS reserves the right to limit access for each Subscriber to a fixed number of physical locations or machines or to a specific number of simultaneous logons. Subscriber agrees to notify CRS in advance if their situation calls for use of multiple machines (i.e. student worklab, library, etc.). In addition, if such a scenario exists, subscriber is responsible for logging out appropriately in order to login successfully in another location.
